The applications of antiferroelectric (AFE) materials in miniaturized and integrated electronic devices are limited by their low energy density. To address the above issue, the antiferroelectricity of the reinforced material was designed to improve its AFE-ferroelectric (FE) phase transition under electric fields. In this present study, the composition of Zr4+ (0.72 Å) and Ti4+ (0.605 Å) at B-site of Pb0.97La0.02(ZrxSn0.05Ti0.95-x)O3 ceramics with orthogonal reflections are synthesized via the tape-casting method. These ceramics are modified to enhance their antiferroelectricity by reducing their tolerance factor. A recoverable energy storage density Wrec 12.1 J/cm3 was obtained for x = 0.93 under 376 kV/cm, which is superior value than reported until now in lead-based energy storage systems. Moreover, the discharge energy density can reach 10.23 J/cm3, and 90 % of which can be released within 5.66 μs. This work provides a new window and potential materials for further industrialization of pulse power capacitors. 相似文献
The traction motor is the power source of the locomotive. If the surface waviness occurs on the races of the motor bearing, it will cause abnormal vibration and noise, accelerate fatigue and wear, and seriously affect the stability and safety of the traction power transmission. In this paper, an excitation model coupling the time-varying displacement and contact stiffness excitations is adopted to investigate the effect of the surface waviness of the motor bearing on the traction motor under the excitation from the locomotive-track coupled system. The detailed mechanical power transmission path and the internal/external excitations (e.g., wheel–rail interaction, gear mesh, and internal interactions of the rolling bearing) of the locomotive are comprehensively considered to provide accurate dynamic loads for the traction motor. Effects of the wavenumber and amplitude of the surface waviness on the traction motor and its neighbor components of the locomotive are investigated. The results indicate that controlling the amplitude of the waviness and avoiding the wavenumber being an integer multiple of the number of the rollers are helpful for reducing the abnormal vibration and noise of the traction motor.
Mg(Ti1-xNbx)O3 (x = 0–0.09) ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The phase composition, sintering characteristics, microstructure and dielectric properties of Ti4+ replacement by Nb5+ in the formed solid solution Mg(Ti1-xNbx)O3 (x = 0–0.09) ceramics were systematically studied. The structural variations and influence of Nb5+ doping in Mg(Ti1-xNbx)O3 were also systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. X-ray diffraction and its Rietveld refinement results confirmed that Mg(Ti1-xNbx)O3 (x = 0–0.09) ceramics crystallised into an ilmenite-type with R-3 (148) space group. The replacement of the low valence Ti4+ by the high valence Nb5+ can improve the dielectric properties of Mg(Ti1-xNbx)O3 (x = 0–0.09). This paper also studied the different sintering temperatures for Mg(Ti1-xNbx)O3 (x = 0–0.09) ceramics. The obtained results proved that 1350 °C is the best sintering temperature. The permittivity and Q × f initially increased and then decreased mainly due to the effects of porosity caused by the sintering temperature and the doping amount of Nb2O5, respectively. Furthermore, the increased Q × f is correlated to the increase in Ti–O bond strength as confirmed by Raman spectroscopy, and the electrons generated by the oxygen vacancies will be compensated by Nb5+ to a certain extent to suppress Ti4+ to Ti3+, which was confirmed by XPS. The increase in τf from ?47 ppm/°C to ?40.1 ppm/°C is due to the increment in cell polarisability. Another reason for the increased τf is the reduction in the distortion degree of the [TiO6] octahedral, which was also confirmed by Raman spectroscopy. Mg(Ti0.95Nb0.05)O3 ceramics sintered at 1350 °C for 2 h possessed excellent microwave dielectric properties of εr = 18.12, Q × f = 163618 GHz and τf = ?40.1 ppm/°C. 相似文献
Glass-based materials are usually considered as excellent seals for jointing adjacent components in planar solid oxide fuel cells, but the uncontrollable crystallization in the glass may cause delamination and micro-cracks in such seals. To solve this problem, Al2O3 ceramic particles were added to a BaO–CaO–Al2O3–B2O3–SiO2 glass system to reduce negative effects caused by crystalline phase on the gas tightness and the joint strength in the seals. At an operating temperature of 750 °C, the glass-based seals with 20 wt% Al2O3 addition (GA80) exhibited extremely low leakage rates (~0.002 sccm/cm under an input gas pressure of 13.6 kPa) and higher shear strength (3.31 MPa). The Al2O3 ceramic addition and the crystalline phase BaAl2Si2O8 reinforced the glass matrix. Further thermal cycle analyses indicated that leakage rates for the GA80 seals remained at around 0.0025 sccm/cm after 10 thermal cycles, which was consistent with minor microstructural change and good interface bonding. Single cell testing with of GA80 seals was performed and the results demonstrated stable electrochemical performance through 6 thermal cycles at an open circuit voltage of 1.16–1.18 V, as well as a power density above 546 mW/cm2 at a current density of 925 mA/cm2. These results showed the high thermal cycle stability of the glass/Al2O3 composite seals in intermediate temperature planar solid oxide fuel cells. 相似文献
The organic pollutants in water have been a great environment challenges to human beings, and photocatalytic degradation is an effective method to solve this problem. In this paper, the Rh-loaded cobalt ferrite CoFe2O4 (CFO) nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by in situ photodeposition of Rh nanoparticles onto the porous CFO particles as the photocatalysts. After incorporating Rh nanoparticles, the CFO/Rh composite has a higher specific surface area and is more efficient in charge separation than the bare CFO. The photocatalytic efficiency of decomposing Malachite Green (MG) is improved from 70% over the bare CFO to 97% over the optimized CFO/Rh in 60 min. The CFO/Rh sample also demonstrates its durability for the degradation of MG in 5 photocatalytic reaction cycles. Additionally, hydroxyl radicals (?OH) and superoxide radicals (?O2?) are proved to be the crucial reactive species during the photocatalytic degradation of MG with CFO/Rh, evidenced by the active species capture experiments. This work provides a useful approach to enhance the photocatalytic activity of semiconductors for degrading organic dyes. 相似文献
Pulsed laser deposition (PLD) was used to prepare tungsten trioxide (WO3) films on ITO substrates with a varying laser power density of 4.0–5.5 W/cm2. XPS indicated that when the laser power density decreased, the peak positions of the W 4f and O 1s orbits shifted slightly to low energy due to the difference in oxygen vacancies. As the laser power density decreased, W6+ gradually replaced the lattice position of O2?, increasing oxygen vacancies in the lattice. The transmittance modulated values (ΔT) were over 44% at 830 nm, indicating strong absorption by the WO3 thin films in the near-infrared ray. The switching time of the WO3 thin films between bleached states and coloured states decreased as the laser power density increased due to the amorphous structure, morphology, and lower oxygen deficiency at a high power density. The high ΔT and very fast switching time of tb (1.09 s) and tc (6.01 s) demonstrated the excellent electrochromic (EC) properties of the WO3 films prepared by PLD. 相似文献
A novel carbon/m-HNTs composite aerogel was synthesized by introducing the modified halloysite nanotubes (m-HNTs) into phenolic (PR) aerogels through chemical grafting, followed with carbonization treatment. In order to explore the best proportion of HNTs to phenolic, the micromorphology of PR/m-HNTs were investigated by SEM before carbonization, confirming 10 wt% of m-HNTs is most beneficial to the porous network of aerogels. The interaction between PR and HNTs was studied by FTIR spectra, and microstructure evolution of the target product-carbon/m-HNTs composite aerogel were illustrated by SEM and TEM techniques. SEM patterns indicated that the carbon/m-HNTs aerogels maintain a stable porous structure at 1000 °C (carbonization temperature), while a ~20 nm carbon layer was formed around m-HNTs generating an integral unit through TEM analysis. Specific surface area and pore size distribution of composite aerogels were analyzed based on mercury intrusion porosimetry and N2 adsorption–desorption method, the obtained results stayed around 500 m2g?1 and 1.00 cm3g?1 (pore volume) without significant discrepancy, compared with pure aerogel, showing the uniformity of pore size. The weight loss rate (26.76%) decreased greatly compared with pure aerogel, at the same time, the best volumetric shrinkage rate was only 30.83%, contributed by the existence of HNTs supporting the neighbor structure to avoid over-shrinking. The highest compressive strength reached to 4.43 MPa, while the data of pure aerogel was only 1.52 MPa, demonstrating the excellent mechanical property of carbon/m-HNTs aerogels. 相似文献
The recycling of solid waste is a win-win solution for humans and nature. For this purpose, magnesite tailings and silicon kerf waste were employed to prepare MgO–Mg2SiO4 composite ceramics by solid-state reaction synthesis in the present work. Then, effects of sintering temperature and raw material ratio on as-prepared ceramics were systematically studied. As-prepared ceramics showed improvement in their relative density (from 47.55%–68.12% to 90.96%–95.25%) and cold compressive strength (from 7.34–118.66 MPa to 303.39–546.65 MPa) with the increase in sintering temperature from 1300 to 1600 °C. In addition, it was found that Si promoted synthesis process of Mg2SiO4 phase through transient liquid phase sintering and Fe2O3 accelerated sintering process through activation sintering. Consequently, the presence of Mg2SiO4 phase effectively improved the density and strength of MgO–Mg2SiO4 composite ceramic, while reducing its thermal conductivity. This work provides a potential reutilization strategy for magnesite tailings, and as-prepared products are expected to be applied in fields of construction, metallurgy, and chemical industry. 相似文献
